May 09 2022:Thounaojam Basanta, Manipur Education Minister has said that teachers recruitment will be free from corruption. He said recruitment of teachers for the Education Department is to ensure quality education in the state and hence talented teachers will be brought in.
Minister stressed on the need to include ethics in the education systems of the State and to recruit teachers based on merits without any form of corruption.
He also expressed his concern over the lack of sufficient teachers in Government Schools and stated that it is essential to recruit more teachers to ensure quality education is provided to the children.
Stating that the present BJP Government will ensure corruption free recruitment, Th Basanta stated that he as the Education Minister will strive to root out corruption from the state.
