Guwahati: A video of an Assam surgeon from Silchar in Assam dancing on popular song ‘Ghungroo’ wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) kit has taken over the internet.

The one-minute-long video shows the ENT surgeon who works at Assam’s Silchar Medical College and Hospital effortlessly dancing to the song in the protective gear.
Sharing the video in Facebook Dr Arup Senapati wrote: “COVID duty over.. finally a dance number in PPE.. ghungroo to nahi tuti par face shield tut gayi last mein.. started loving silchar medical college”
Actor Hrithik Roshan, who originally danced to the song, also responded, praising the doctor for his moves and spirit. He Twitter: “Tell Dr Arup I’m gonna learn his steps and dance as good as him someday in Assam. Terrific spirit.”
